D.I Water System for Fast Cutting of Carbide.
Plainview, Minnesota –ABA Water Systems, Inc., the
leading manufacturer of regenerated deionizing resin for
in-plant process water, has introduced a new deionizing
water system for high-speed WEDM cutting of carbide.
The new system, designated the Model DI-728, is
designed to hold the critical conductivity and resistivity setpoints
which are needed to produce a smooth finish and
enhance the part. “We built this system for the EDM
department that specializes or cuts almost exclusively
carbide or diamond,” states Neil Weaver, President of
ABA. "These skid-mounted systems are sized for production
volumes. We've also priced them very competitively,"
Mr.Weaver added.
